  • We take account fully of parent’s wishes and aspirations
  • Parents have right of access to the nurseries and to have direct contact with the proprietors at any time
  • We give regular reports on children and always keep parents fully informed
  • We will answer any question regarding the children’ s welfare a development openly and honestly
  • We treat all dealings with parents in confidence
  • We maintain all set standards of care in accordance with The Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001
  • We continually train and develop our staff
  • We will consult parents prior to any changes in terms or conditions and give an adequate notice any changes in fee structure etc.
  • The children’s happiness, health and safety are of paramount importance
  • Every child’s self-esteem and right of privacy is respected
  • Physical punishment is not used, nor are alternatives that tend to degrade or humiliate
  • There is no discrimination of any kind
  • All meals consist of good, nutritious food prepared by our own cook and suited to the children’s tastes
  • Individual dietary and cultural requirements will be met
  • The nurseries are non-smoking, health promoting.
