- Parents can access nursery and have direct contact with managers
- We provide regular reports on children and always keep parents informed
- We will answer questions regarding a child's welfare and development openly and honestly
- We treat all discussions with parents/carers in confidence
- We maintain all set standards of care in accordance with The National Standards
- We continually train and develop our staff
- We will consult parents about any substantial changes in terms or conditions and give reasonable notice about fee changes.
